I'm going to be nice and simply suggest that those who might be interested in this house take a hard look at the location. Second, take a hard look at the very late 2005 price and then the very late 2003 price. Finally, take a look at the small interior square footage and the very small lot size.

This isn't going to end well. They have no shot at getting over a million and something about this screams desperate semi-flip and trouble down the line. Yikes.

3 bedrooms and 2 bath in 1,100 sq ft?? Is that even possible?

Wow. " This will not end well". Truer words were. Never spoken. No buyer in his right mind would walk past a number of other properties to get to this "gem" at 1100 sq feet and...ahem...1mm dollars in the 90405

LOL over $1000/sf...

Wow... I don't see what any of you are complaining about??? You've got a great view of airplanes as they come and go, and wood doors and gates that were imported. I'd pay $2mm and feel great about this one.

This realtor should be slapped, what a waste of everyone's time. Cute house, although I guess the sellers have been living elsewhere (under a rock). Reduce, reduce, reduce.

Brutal.

How did this sell for over a mil in 2008?

"Under a rock," indeed.

What do you expect? The dumb buyers at $1.1m are also equally dumb, if not worse, sellers.

I remember when this sold in 2008. The remodel was done then, as was the backyard hardscaping, but the pictures were better...I was shocked when it sold for the 2008 price, but perhaps less shocked they are asking more for this sale, as the purchase made it clear they were delusional from the get-go.

Why do West LAers in SM and Ven., believe their little communities are impervious to what is happening nationwide.

Filming is down 42% in LA and the City and State are in NO hurry to do anything to bring back 'jobs' for taxpayers, that inhabit this zone.

Instead of bidding up, how bout bidding down, where prices should be. Lots of people were made to believe lots of things, primarily by those who benefitted most, realators and mortgage bankers.

Just reduced by $49K to $1.1 million, still so high. Took about 7 weeks for this first price cut.
