That's a nice looking house.
ReplyDeleteThe kitchen is awesome, but the rest is not so spectacular and is really a funky layout, and the location is awful.
ReplyDeleteThe exterior looks like a fortress to me. Too big for the lot. Calling the location awful may be a tad extreme though.
ReplyDeleteI take it you like jet airplane noise? And sketchy people parking outside your house from morning till night? Also, good luck having parking available for guests when they come over.
ReplyDeleteThat house is way too big for the lot and the location, while not awful, is damn noisy. I love that little park, but I would not want to be immediately adjacent to it. Parking is not normally a problem there. I saw this as a complete blow up and probably going for $1.5Mm, but looks like a greater fool came along.
ReplyDelete"Parking is not normally a problem there."
ReplyDeleteReally? I went to see the house a couple of times and couldn't park anywhere near it.
I live on the street.
ReplyDeleteWell then as you know it's a VERY long street, and there is an exponential function to describe the impact of parking for the park given how close a house is to the park. I couldn't park anywhere near it around 7:00PM.
ReplyDeleteThat's an ugly house. Lucky it sold.
ReplyDeletefunny location. very nice construction, but park is not what most folks who would have the resources to buy the house would want to be next to. loud from both park and airport. street parking only problematic during times of heavy park use (i.e., weekend evenings / afternoons).
