Delusion Never Dies...(on 25th street) *Update 1*

I recently featured 839 25th in May.

Previous Purchase: 12/27/06 - $2,128,000

Listing History: 5/7/10 - $2,875,000

Reduced: 06/16/10 - to $2,725,000

Remember, there was a lot of upgrading done as described in the last post. However, I still think they are too high and need to be more aggressive in cutting.

  1. This house is very nice inside. Its getting close to a reasonable price. The yard is great. It should get a discount for being south of montana but not much since the house is in great shape. The finishings are good. Curb appeal is lacking but probably not too costly to fix. Apparently they stripped the house down to the studs.
