I think I remember seeing this house featured in the WSJ soon after its reappearance earlier this year, but can't find a link. Thought at the time such visibility would help attract potentials but the price apparently kept buyers away.
ReplyDeleteWhat does draw though is smart pricing. Several blocks northeast on trafficked 26th Street, the fixer at 746 on a 8,700 sqft lot debuted at $799K. Only 47 DOM, and just sold for $1,100K per Redfin. And here some thought they'd finally be North of Montana with an offer around the asking even if it's on a "location discount" street. Oh, well...
