No great bargain here but the lender did a good job of listing it at a real market price and selling it quickly.
Some of the snooze factor here results from the fact that SMDM first did a post about this property back on July 11, 2009 as it was going through the auction process. And, remember that the non-payment/default leading up to the auction probably began in early 2008. Over three years of process on this one 90402 house! Now that's a process that's keeping some folks employed.
